hi there! I'm

Originally from a small town in Oklahoma, I now call Nashville home. You’ll often find me exploring new coffee shops, hiking local trails, or curled up with a good murder mystery book. With a Bachelor of Science from St. Louis University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Lipscomb University, I began my journey into the world of nutrition fueled by a desire to cut through the noise of misinformation that once misled me. Having personally struggled with my relationship with food, I was determined to learn the science behind it, and more importantly, to use that knowledge to help others rediscover both the joy and freedom that food can bring.

During my master's program, I had the opportunity to work closely with student-athletes, helping them navigate their relationship with food in a high-performance environment. This experience deepened my understanding of how nutrition and mindset intertwine, especially when under pressure. I also interned at Meant To Eat, where I discovered my passion for walking alongside individuals recovering from eating disorders. That time was pivotal in shaping my desire to support others through the deeply personal journey of healing their relationship with food. Now, as part of the Meant To Eat team, I continue to work with clients to rebuild trust with their bodies and rediscover the peace and fulfillment that food can bring.

I want Hannah to help me!

Food used to feel isolating for me, but as I’ve healed, it’s become one of the greatest ways I connect with others. I especially love how food brings people together, something that was once a challenge for me, but is now one of my greatest joys. Whether I’m hosting friends or family for dinner, baking cookies for someone I care about, or trying something new while traveling, I believe in the power of food to create meaningful connections. My goal is to help others take small, intentional steps toward healing, so they too can experience all the beautiful things that food and life have to offer!
