hi there! I'm

After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and a Minor in Psychology from Arkansas State University, I started my career in acute care, working primarily with cardiac and rehabilitation patients. I had the ability to work in multiple different areas from diabetes to oncology. While working with these patients, I found myself wanting to build real connections and support lasting change, which could not be accomplished in a few day hospital stay. I am drawn to creating relational approaches to nutrition and to provide a space for trust, growth, and healing.

I have also noticed how disordered eating quietly affected many people around me, both in sports and everyday life. As a former DI track and cross country athlete, I understand how body image struggles can linger beneath the surface, even in high performing environments. I was able to witness firsthand how underfueling can lead to injuries, burnout, and disconnection from the body. I care deeply about helping people navigate these pressures and build a trusting, compassionate relationship with food and their bodies.

I want Madison to help me!

As a dietitian, I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and collaboration into my work. I want clients to feel safe to show up just as they are and know they’ll be met without judgment. I believe healing takes time, and it often starts by relearning how to listen to and care for our bodies with more kindness. To me, intuitive eating is about the freedom to trust your body, let go of the noise, and reconnect with yourself.

I’m originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, and now live just outside of Nashville with my very spoiled corgi, who keeps life interesting, and my husband Sean. In my free time I LOVE being outside, whether out on a walk, hiking a local trail, or just soaking up some “sunshine serotonin.” I love to read and my TBR is currently way too long. Coffee is my love language and I have the best time hunting down the next great local coffee shop. These simple joys remind me to slow down and reconnect!
