hi there! I'm

I began my education at Utah State University where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics. I continued my education at USU, completing a Masters of Dietetics Administration and my dietetic internship. During my time in college, I gained valuable experience working at a residential eating disorder treatment center and fulfilled part of my internship at an outpatient eating disorder facility. My Masters project was completed at a private practice specializing in eating disorders, where I focused on educating providers on how to best support and treat individuals with eating disorders, from a nutritional standpoint. 

I was born and raised in Idaho, contributing to my many outdoor hobbies of mountain biking, snowboarding, white water rafting/kayaking, and wake surfing. And sometimes like to tame things down by listening to audiobooks or crocheting. I also have a well-known sweet tooth and will never say no to a good treat. I love the enjoyment and social connection that food provides.

I believe that every step forward, no matter how small, is a win worth celebrating. In our time together, I love recognizing those victories and celebrating alongside you, because every bit of progress truly matters and deserves a celebration party. I also know how much a difficult relationship with food can take away freedom, joy, connection, and peace. My greatest hope for every person is that they can experience genuine food freedom: the ability to live fully without fear, guilt, or shame around food, and to rediscover the fun, connection, and pleasure that food can bring. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life where food feels safe, joyful, and freeing. It’s possible, it’s worth it, and you deserve that. My favorite part of this work is witnessing clients discover that freedom for themselves
