I began my education at Utah State University where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics. I continued my education at USU, completing a Masters of Dietetics Administration and my dietetic internship. During my time in college, I gained valuable experience working at a residential eating disorder treatment center and fulfilled part of my internship at an outpatient eating disorder facility. My Masters project was completed at a private practice specializing in eating disorders, where I focused on educating providers on how to best support and treat individuals with eating disorders, from a nutritional standpoint.
I was born and raised in Idaho, contributing to my many outdoor hobbies of mountain biking, snowboarding, white water rafting/kayaking, and wake surfing. And sometimes like to tame things down by listening to audiobooks or crocheting. I also have a well-known sweet tooth and will never say no to a good treat. I love the enjoyment and social connection that food can bring and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience this same enjoyment and freedom in their relationship with food.

If you want to feel confident and gain a positive relationship with your body and need some support along the way.
