This is a W2 employee position that will start part time (~8-12 billable hours/week) and become full time (~18-25 hours/week) within 3-6 months. Clinical and admin pay provided.

This role supports both clients and the clinical team by managing scheduling, client onboarding, billing support, and care coordination. In doing so, they help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly so clients can focus on healing and clinicians can focus on providing excellent care. The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients - helping create a warm, welcoming, and grounded experience from the very beginning of care. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a hospitable, compassionate presence. They understand that thoughtful administrative support is an essential part of the healing process and take pride in making every interaction feel clear, supportive, and intentional.
